WORKSHOP also given on NOVEMBER 6

By : Lynda Tessier, Employment Counsellor - CSEPR

Few people can claim to have complete self-confidence in all areas of their lives and at all times. We all have more or less important gaps in the confidence we have in our abilities. These shortcomings may occur in our work, in our role as a parent or in any other function that we occupy, and a variance may be felt according to the situations to which we are confronted. But, what is the feeling of personal efficiency, and most importantly, how can we develop it so that it becomes a stronger force for us? This workshop will help you identify your strengths while providing the tools to help you build your confidence in yourself and your abilities.

This workshop will cover topics such as :

  • How to recognize the feeling of personal efficiency
  • What are the possible impacts of a greater belief in one’s strengths
  • What can be done to develop one’s abilities, and one’s belief in them
  • How to build on your strengths

These points, and many others will be addressed by the workshop facilitator during this workshop, and constructive and dynamic group discussions will certainly help participants in their job search process, and career path.

This is a unique opportunity to discover how and why one should choose this type of training, but also how to get started on registering to the program.
