We are currently looking for a full-time secretary to join our team! The job consists of taking care of all rental related service for our customers who's vehicle is being repaired in the Bodyshop.
MUST BE BILLINGUAL.
Secondary School or the equivalent
No experience required.
*Asset: Experience picking up phones and customer service.
Must be bilingual : French and english
Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.

- Greets customers and explain the rental process and paperwork.
- Assist customers who have issues with their rental vehicle.
- Update the rental car inventory when a customer rents or returns a car, as well as
inspecting the car upon return for damages with them. (Provide them with information
regarding previous damage or new damage found)
- Prepare rental or leasing contracts and accept credit card or automatic debit payment.
- Operate computerized inventory record.
- Solve customer complaints and problems.
- Answer calls from customers or insurance company and provide the information required
or transfer call to the proper representative.
- Assist in any other tasks at the front office regarding Bodyshop customer and insurance
