Customer Service Representative
Job Description
IGS Hawkesbury is looking for a motivated individual for a customer service representative role. We are looking for someone who is honest and a self-starter, who enjoys their work and has a strong desire to learn, either on their own, or through more formalized training programs.
While experience level is important, we are willing to provide training and build your skills. We focus on attitude, work ethic and cultural fit before taking on the right person and training them for the job needed.
Training will be delivered at our office in Hawkesbury. This position is for 35 hours/week with shifts from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Pay is based on relative experience, from $15.50 to $16.50.

Functions & Duties
· Greet customers and provide in person customer service.
· Accept payments for walk-in customers.
· Enter and work sales leads.
· Answering calls related to sales, billing, and general inquiries.
· Ticket Management (Open, Provide Detailed and Complete Ticket Information, Track, Update, Route, Close)
· Proficient in cash handling and running a till.
· Accept product returns with proper RMA forms completed.
· Give customer equipment for new installations or service exchange with proper forms filled.
· Accept payments for walk-in customers.
