Hawkesbury, March 14th, 2013 – The Organizing Committee of the 2nd Job Fair, which includes the CSEPR Management team, announces today it's high level of satisfaction in regards to the attendance results for its events held last March 2nd in Hawkesbury and March 9th in Rockland. Globally, nearly 1100 people came to meet with the different employers registered for these events, 554 visitors for Hawkesbury and 541 visitors for Rockland.

According to the comments received from employers, generally speaking they are also very satisfied with their participation to these events. "The organizing of the event was masterfully done by the Centre and job seekers came in large numbers to meet with us at our booth," says Mr. Patrick René, VP, National Operations for ARM Collection Agency. "We received over 50 résumés and most of them are of high interest to us. As a bonus, we came to an agreement with 2 students who were looking for a work placement opportunity in a professional environment. For an employer, each résumé is precious, but it's of utmost importance when it's given to you directly by the candidates and that you get the chance to speak with them", added Mr. René. "That's what the Job Fair did for us; it gave us the opportunity to meet and share with a large number of job seekers, and through talking with them, the opportunity to find, we hope, diamonds in the rough for our company!" concluded Mr. René. The same kind of satisfaction can be read through the comments received from Mrs. Dora Cameron, HR Manager for Dart Aerospace : "I am very satisfied with the quality and quantity of job seekers we got to meet at the fair. There was a regular flow of visitors which allowed us to discuss with potential candidates and better qualify them for our different positions." Dart Aerospace was participating for the 2nd time in the CSEPR Job Fair, while ARM Collection Agency was at its first participation.

Surveys were also held with a representative quantity of job seekers who attended the fairs to get their impressions. A global analysis will be made of all comments received, and the Organizing Committee will look into the results to prepare a final assessment that will be used for the preparation of the next edition. The Employment Services Centre concludes by thanking all visitors and exhibitors that took part in its events.
